Project Beigoma is an independent and unofficial initiative developed under GASA Genç Adam Sanat Atölyesi Ltd. Şti., Türkiye. It is not presented as an official Beyblade service or as a project endorsed by the original games’ developers, publishers or other rights holders.

The mention of a company, franchise, game or potential collaboration does not establish an affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, license or permission. Future licensed activities would require their own appropriate agreements.

Third-party materials

Game titles, logos, trademarks, characters, artwork, music, screenshots, sprites and other original materials remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. Their inclusion for identification, explanation or research does not transfer ownership to Project Beigoma or its visitors.

Original project writing, database organization and technical work should be distinguished from the third-party materials they discuss. A source citation identifies evidence; it does not authorize copying. No blanket reuse license for the site or its assets is granted by this notice.

Original editorial writing, research, software and project-developed resources have their own applicable copyright and licensing conditions. Check the specific resource’s terms before reuse; this notice does not replace a resource license.

Localization and distribution

This information section does not distribute commercial game ROMs. A reference to a local development build is not a public download offer. Public availability of a patch must be established by a separate, explicit release notice rather than inferred from a progress report.

A localization or technical experiment does not itself establish permission for commercial distribution, porting or publishing. Rights clearance and applicable agreements must be assessed for any proposed release. We make no universal claim that all research or asset reuse is legally permitted.
